以雄性C57BL/6小鼠为实验对象,其中一组给予赋形剂或AZD1656处理(对应A、E图),给药剂量如标注所示,于口服葡萄糖耐量试验前2小时给药;另一组给予PF-04991532处理(对应B、F图),于口服葡萄糖耐量试验前1小时给药。C、G图分别展示经AZD1656或PF-04991532预处理后行葡萄糖灌胃的小鼠血糖与胰岛素水平的变化情况。D图展示血糖水平及其曲线下面积。H图展示血浆胰岛素水平及其曲线下面积。I图展示以TATA结合蛋白(TATA-Binding Protein, TBP)为内参基因、以赋形剂处理组为对照时,各标注基因的肝脏mRNA表达水平。所有数据以平均值±标准误(SEM)表示,每组样本量n=8;与赋形剂处理组相比,*P<0.05,其中C、G图的显著性比较以时间零点为基准。
