Mol2 files used to test SwissParam 2023

Set of 5733 molecules in Mol2 format, used to test the SwissParam website, version 2023. These files were generated with Chemaxon JChem Microservices from the SMILES notation of the molecules present in the ZINC15 database world subset (https://zinc15.docking.org/substances/subsets/world/).

本数据集包含5733个Mol2格式（Mol2）的分子，用于测试2023版SwissParam在线平台（SwissParam）。所有文件均由Chemaxon JChem微服务（Chemaxon JChem Microservices）基于ZINC15数据库全球子集（ZINC15 database world subset，https://zinc15.docking.org/substances/subsets/world/）中收录分子的SMILES表示法（SMILES notation）生成。
