Loss of TDP-43 promotes somatic CAG repeat expansion in Huntington’s disease knock-in mice

RNA was extracted with Trizol reagent, followed by clean-up and DNase I treatment with QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit in accordance with the prescribed protocol provided with the kit. Quality control was performed with Agilent Bioanalyser.采用Trizol试剂提取核糖核酸（RNA），随后按照试剂盒附带的标准操作规程，使用QIAGEN RNeasy迷你试剂盒（QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit）对提取产物进行纯化并开展脱氧核糖核酸酶I（DNase I）处理；最终采用安捷伦生物分析仪（Agilent Bioanalyser）完成质量控制。
