Global Gag Rule Impact on Uganda SRH Service Delivery

This dataset must be used with the 2017 and 2018 PMA 2020 public datasets on SRH service providers in Uganda (available here: https://www.pmadata.org/data/available-datasets). The dataset contains a dichotomous, district-level exposure variable, indicating which districts represented in the sample are classified as more (1) or less (0) exposed to the impacts of the Global Gag Rule. It also contains a randomly assigned enumeration area ID (EA_ID) with which the exposure information can be linked to the public PMA datasets.

本数据集需配合2017年与2018年乌干达性与生殖健康（Sexual and Reproductive Health, SRH）服务提供者相关的PMA2020公开数据集使用（数据集可通过以下链接获取：https://www.pmadata.org/data/available-datasets）。该数据集包含一项二分类区级暴露变量，用于标识样本覆盖的各辖区在全球禁言令（Global Gag Rule）影响下的暴露程度：暴露程度较高的辖区赋值为1，较低的则赋值为0。此外，数据集还附带一项随机分配的普查区编号（enumeration area ID, EA_ID），可通过该字段将暴露相关信息与公开的PMA数据集进行关联匹配。
