File List WinBUGScode.txt Description The WinBUGScode.txt file contains the WinBugs code for the selected model of nesting site occupancy process.<br> Matrices of occupancy <i>Z_i,t</i> and breeding result <i>S_i,t</i> with <i>i</i> rows (i.e. the total number of sites) and <i>t</i> columns (i.e. the total number of years) should be entered as input.<br> As well, a square matrix <i>w_ij</i> corresponding to the weight matrix representing the connexion network between nesting sites should be provided as input.

WinBUGScode.txt 文件说明：
该文件包含了用于所选筑巢位点占用过程模型的WinBUGS代码。
占用矩阵$Z_{i,t}$与繁殖结果矩阵$S_{i,t}$的行数为$i$（即位点总数量）、列数为$t$（即研究总年数），此类矩阵需作为输入数据提交。
