Due to the extensive use of antibiotics in aquaculture, animal husbandry and human disease prevention, antibiotic resistance genetic pollution poses a serious threat to biodiversity. These genes are greatly increased in livestock and enter the soil through livestock manure. Here, we analyzed the antibiotic resistance genes in different fertilizer soils through metagenomic sequencing, and studied their relationship with microbial communities.
由于抗生素在水产养殖、畜牧业以及人类疾病防控中的广泛使用,抗生素抗性基因污染正对生物多样性构成严重威胁。此类基因在畜禽体内大量富集,并经由畜禽粪便进入土壤环境。本研究通过宏基因组测序(metagenomic sequencing)分析了不同施肥土壤中的抗生素抗性基因,并探究了其与微生物群落之间的关联。
