We studied the genomic signature of ecological speciation in sympatric breeding lake and stream stickleback that started divergent 150 years ago, using RAD-tag sequencing of 91 individuals from six sampling sites around Lake Constance, Switzerland.本研究对瑞士康斯坦茨湖周边6个采样点的91个个体进行限制性位点相关DNA测序（RAD-tag sequencing），以此解析150年前开始出现种群分化的同域繁殖湖栖与溪栖棘鱼的生态物种形成基因组特征。
