In this study, the fate of benzo[a]anthracene and the bacterial changes were compared in the amendment of several bioremediation materials. Among them, lignin was found to promote the degradation of BAA by increasing mineralization, which is green and environmental friendly. From the bacterial analyses, the lignin may promote the mineralization by cytochrome P450 pathway.

本研究在多种生物修复材料的改良体系中,对比了苯并[a]蒽(benzo[a]anthracene,BAA)的归趋与细菌群落变化。研究发现,木质素可通过提升矿化作用促进苯并[a]蒽的降解,且该过程绿色环保。细菌群落分析结果表明,木质素或可通过细胞色素P450(cytochrome P450)通路促进该矿化过程。
