PacBio 16S rRNA meta-barcoding of brassica napus roots with Pseudomonas brassicacearum CDVBN10 and control roots

Brassica napus roots were recovered from a field assay in which the bacterium Pseudomonas brassicacearum CDVBN10 was inoculated for some of the plants and increased the plant growth. Here we compare bacterial communities of both type of samples.
