Working record for Ukrainian applied mathematics translations and source reconstructions in the Modern LaTeX Editions of Mathematics Manuscripts project. This record collects current Ukrainian reader PDFs together with TeX sources, build reports, and provenance notes for selected material in signal processing, software-defined radio, state estimation, control, robotics, sensor fusion, and related applied mathematics. Status at a glance. [########--] reader set: 13 current reader PDFs plus a guide, about 413 reader pages; [#######---] source/TeX preservation: current source trees and build reports are attached; [#####-----] mathematical review: layout and build QA are underway, while terminology and source-fidelity review remain active work. Current contents. The front-facing PDFs include an integrated reference, a PySDR selected module, SDR survey material, wave-equation controllability chapters, event and multi-sensor fusion material, antenna/RF notes, robotics perception/navigation material, filtering modules, micro-Lie and Kalman/ESKF starts, and one working OCR draft. Workflow provenance. Source-open TeX, preprint sources, and local OCR/transcription drafts are converted into Ukrainian TeX, compiled locally, checked for renderability and obvious layout defects, and preserved with build artifacts so that readers can inspect and improve the work. The project-generated translation and reconstruction layers are released under CC0 where legally available.
