In second quarter of financial year 2023, the non-banking financial companies had been the drivers for a significant uplift in the financial category index with index values of nearly 75. The financial conditions index consists of four sub-indices, displaying cost of funds, liquidity, external linkages, and economic activity. It was the 32th edition of the index to which 27 banks and financial institutions contributed.
