Genotype data from highland and lowland maize

GBS and 55K SNP data from 94 maize lines from highland and lowland Mexico. Included are passport data for the samples as well.本数据集包含源自墨西哥高地与低地地区的94个玉米品系的基因分型测序（Genotyping-by-Sequencing，GBS）数据以及55K单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）数据，同时还附带了所有供试样本的护照信息。
