To determine the lncRNA expression profile in Lung adenocarcinoma (LAD) with or without lymph node metastasis and matched non-tumor tissues, we uesed lncRNA microArray analysis form Arraystar to examine the expression of lncRNAs in LAD with or without lymph node metastasis and matched non-tumor tissues. Lung adenocarcinoma tissues from LAD surgery were distributed into three experimental groups: normal lung tissue group,LAD tissues without lymph node metastasis group,and LAD tissues with lymph node metastasis group, then perform lncRNAs chips by Arraystar Human lncRNAs chip (Arraystar)
本研究旨在明确伴或不伴淋巴结转移的肺腺癌(Lung adenocarcinoma, LAD)及配对非肿瘤组织中的长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)表达谱,采用Arraystar公司的lncRNA微阵列分析技术,对上述样本中的lncRNA表达水平进行检测。本研究将手术切除获取的肺腺癌组织划分为三个实验组:正常肺组织组、无淋巴结转移的肺腺癌组织组,以及伴淋巴结转移的肺腺癌组织组,随后使用Arraystar人类lncRNA芯片(Arraystar)开展lncRNA芯片实验。
