RCUK APC data (2013-14)

This dataset contains article processing charge (APC) data which some institutions in the UK have released as part of their compliance with the RCUK open access policy. The data covers APCs paid from RCUK funds from 1 April 2013 - 31 July 2014. The data has been taken from other publicly available datasets and re-combined into a single standard format (see https://www.jisc-collections.ac.uk/Jisc-Monitor/APC-data-collection/). It should not be regarded as representing all APCs paid by these institutions.

Originally, the data was from institutions which chose to release it themselves. It has now been expanded to include data released by RCUK in March 2015 (http://www.rcuk.ac.uk/research/openaccess/2014review/data/). The dataset contains data on 3,721 APCs from 29 institutions.

UPDATE 05/06/2015: 13 APCs from Northumbria University were removed because they were not paid from RCUK funds.

本数据集收录英国部分机构为遵守英国研究理事会（Research Councils UK, RCUK）开放获取政策而公开的文章处理费（Article Processing Charge, APC）数据。数据覆盖2013年4月1日至2014年7月31日期间使用RCUK经费支付的全部APC相关信息。本数据集的数据源自其他公开可用数据集，并经重新整合为统一标准格式（详见https://www.jisc-collections.ac.uk/Jisc-Monitor/APC-data-collection/）。需说明，本数据集不应被视为完整涵盖上述机构支付的所有APC。

最初，本数据集的数据来自自愿公开相关信息的机构。目前数据集已扩充至包含RCUK于2015年3月公开的数据（详见http://www.rcuk.ac.uk/research/openaccess/2014review/data/）。本数据集共收录来自29家机构的3721笔APC数据。

2015年6月5日更新：移除了来自诺森比亚大学的13笔APC数据，因其未使用RCUK经费支付。
