急性肺损伤(Acute lung injury, ALI)是脓毒症的常见并发症,若未及时干预可进展为急性呼吸衰竭,进而影响患者预后。脓毒症介导的ALI潜在分子机制目前尚不明确。本研究通过全转录组测序,鉴定得到长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)/环状RNA(circular RNA, circRNA)-微小RNA(microRNA, miRNA)-信使RNA(messenger RNA, mRNA)内源竞争RNA(competing endogenous RNA, ceRNA)调控网络及相关信号通路,以期深入解析ALI的发病机制。
