Trees

All the trees obtained in this study, with the sequence data that can be found in this submission: A Maximum-Likelihood tree with 1000 bootstraps for each of the four datasets (DS1-DS4), and a Bayesian Inference consensus tree after 20M generations, also for each of the four datasets. Finally, we also include the final time tree obtained with the DS4 dataset, with the time calibration points mentioned in the publications, and after 30M generations, using BEAST v1.8.4. This last file has all the parameter information in the nodes, and has to be visualized with a program like figtree.

本研究获得的全部系统发育树及其配套序列数据均可在本提交材料中获取：包括针对四个数据集（DS1-DS4）各构建的包含1000次自助法（bootstrap）重复的最大似然（Maximum-Likelihood）树，以及针对四个数据集各构建的经2000万代迭代的贝叶斯推断（Bayesian Inference）一致树。此外，本提交还包含使用DS4数据集构建的最终时间树：该树采用BEAST v1.8.4软件，经3000万代迭代，并使用已发表文献中提及的时间校准点进行标定。该最终时间树包含节点处的全部参数信息，需使用FigTree等软件进行可视化。
