Simulated noisy reverberant speech for a 5 channel microphone array. Generated using measured room impulse responses, anechoic speech and background noise recorded in the same rooms as the impulse responses. Creation of the dataset is described in A. H. Moore, P. A. Naylor and M. Brookes, "Room Identification Using Frequency Dependence of Spectral Decay Statistics," <em>2018 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing (ICASSP)</em>, 2018, pp. 6902-6906, doi: 10.1109/ICASSP.2018.8462008. The dataset is derived from the ACE corpus, which can be obtained from the ACE challenge website. The challenge and corpus are described in J. Eaton, N. D. Gaubitch, A. H. Moore and P. A. Naylor, "Estimation of Room Acoustic Parameters: The ACE Challenge," in <em>IEEE/ACM Transactions on Audio, Speech, and Language Processing</em>, vol. 24, no. 10, pp. 1681-1693, Oct. 2016, doi: 10.1109/TASLP.2016.2577502. The dataset is shared under the same terms as the original corpus with permission of the copyright owners.
