Diversity of deep water coral microbiomes and comparison across depth gradients

This study characterise bacteria associated with microbiomes of the corals Lophelia pertusa, Madrepora oculata and Paragorgia arborea, including the surrounding bacterioplankton, in a reef at 350 m depth on the mid-Norwegian margin.

本研究针对挪威中部陆缘一处水深350米的珊瑚礁，对细枝石珊瑚（Lophelia pertusa）、眼状杯形珊瑚（Madrepora oculata）与树状柳珊瑚（Paragorgia arborea）的珊瑚微生物组相关细菌，及其周围环境中的浮游细菌开展了特征表征分析。
