We assess RNA expression in human primary hepatocytes in Vials Day 0 and Liver-Chips on Day 3 and Day 7 for two different donors. The hepatocytes were co-cultured in Liver-Chip model with Kupffer cells and Liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (LSECs) and stellate cells . Global RNA expression profiles of Vials Day 0 and Liver-Chips Day 3 and Day 7 for two different donors, generated by deep sequencing using Illumina HiSeq 4000.

本研究对两名不同供体的人类原代肝细胞的培养管第0天样本,以及肝脏芯片(Liver-Chip)模型中第3天、第7天样本的RNA表达水平进行了检测。该原代肝细胞与库普弗细胞、肝窦内皮细胞(LSECs)及肝星状细胞在肝脏芯片模型中共培养。针对两名不同供体的上述培养管第0天、肝脏芯片第3天及第7天样本,本研究通过Illumina HiSeq 4000平台进行深度测序,获取其全转录组RNA表达谱。
