WORKING CONDITIONS CREATED FOR PREVENTION INSPECTORS RESPONSIBLE FOR WOMEN'S ISSUES WITHIN THE INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES OF NAVOI REGION: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

This article analyzes the modern material, technical, legal, and psychological working conditions created for prevention inspectors responsible for women’s issues within the system of internal affairs bodies (IAB) of Navoi Region based on the IMRAD standard. The study examines the specific conditions of service for female inspectors working in the industrial areas and remote desert districts of the region, particularly Tomdi and Konimex. Along with the achievements attained in this field, scientific proposals are put forward to improve the professional capacity of personnel and further enhance working conditions.
