The files include a general data table, with acoustic features measured in individual notes that is then used to estimate the performance limits (df.note.before.vocallimits_suppl.txt). The corresponding R script to estimate those performance limits is labelled "r blue tit estimate song performance limits". Then two more data tables are provided, one with normalized data per day, per individual (data.age.season.txt), to model seasonal an age variation and another data set with mean values per individual per breeding attempt (season) to model song correlations with reproductive success (data.rep.sucess.txt)Finally, a short script with the custom made function to track dominant frequencies is also added.
