Exploitable, highly context-specific astrocytes

To investigate the functional heterogeneity of astrocytes from a defined brain region, we performed single cell RNA-seq of striatal cells from adult mice (8-9 weeks old). From the analyses, we have identified context-specific changes of striatal astrocytes. Overall design: Total 3 samples from 3 adult mice were used in this data set. Single cell suspension was prepared according to the protocol of Act-seq.

为探究特定脑区星形胶质细胞的功能异质性，本研究对8-9周龄成年小鼠的纹状体细胞开展了单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA-seq）。经数据分析，本研究鉴定出纹状体星形胶质细胞的上下文特异性变化。实验整体设计：本数据集共使用3份样本，均取自3只成年小鼠。单细胞悬液按照Act-seq实验方案制备。
