Effects of long-term localized fertilization and rhizobium on soil pqqC- harboring community structure

Based on the effect of long-term positioning fertilization and rhizobia inoculation on the microbial community structure of Northeast black soil, this project collected Northeast black soil and performed amplicon sequencing to explore the significant effects of fertilization and rhizobia inoculation on the bacterial community of black soil, and to comprehensively analyze the main environmental factors affecting the microbial community structure of black soil.

本项目围绕长期定位施肥与根瘤菌接种对东北黑土微生物群落结构的影响，采集东北黑土样本并开展扩增子测序，旨在探究施肥与根瘤菌接种对黑土细菌群落的显著影响，并全面解析影响黑土微生物群落结构的主要环境因子。
