WGS of leukemic mice

The overall goal of this study was to characterize bone marrow cells based on their transcriptome. This submission includes whole genome sequencing data from 3 mice with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

本研究的核心目标为基于转录组（transcriptome）对骨髓细胞开展特征表征分析。本次提交的数据集包含3只罹患B细胞急性淋巴细胞白血病（B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia）的小鼠的全基因组测序（whole genome sequencing）数据。
