RNA sequencing analysis was used to compare the transcriptome of the wild strains under normal conditions and manganese stress conditions. The data showed that some genes, such as mneA and terC, were significantly differentially expressed under manganese stress. Overall design: The transcription profiles of wild type strains incubated under H2O and 1 mM Mn2 + conditions were compared. Three biological replicates were set for each condition.

本研究采用RNA测序分析(RNA sequencing analysis),对比野生菌株在正常培养条件与锰胁迫条件下的转录组(transcriptome)。测序数据分析结果显示,mneA与terC等基因在锰胁迫环境下存在显著差异表达。整体实验设计为:对分别在H₂O与1 mM Mn²+条件下孵育的野生型菌株的转录谱进行对比,每组条件设置三次生物学重复(biological replicates)。
