2019 Untreated JDM RNA-Seq: Read Group info

This is a dataset related to an RNA-Seq experiment examining 1) the transcriptome alterations in untreated and inactive juvenile dermatomyositis, and 2) a separate cohort of inactive JDM patients that later developed psoriasis.<br>The read group info maps the relationship between each unique Read Group IDentifier and the Read Group SaMple for differential expression.<br>
