This study focused on the population genetics of five species, including T.rubripes, T.flavidus, T.bimaculatus, T.niphobles, and T.obscurus. Raw sequence reads were mapped to T.rubripes genome and SNPs were identified. Selective sweeps were conducted between T.obscurus and other four species to discover salt-tolerance related genes.
本研究聚焦于5个物种的群体遗传学研究,所涉物种包括红鳍东方鲀(T.rubripes)、黄鳍东方鲀(T.flavidus)、双斑东方鲀(T.bimaculatus)、星点东方鲀(T.niphobles)以及暗褐东方鲀(T.obscurus)。将原始测序读段比对至红鳍东方鲀参考基因组,进而鉴定得到单核苷酸多态性(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism,SNPs)。针对暗褐东方鲀与其余四个物种开展选择性清除分析,以挖掘与耐盐性相关的基因。
