Transcriptomes of two Sarcomyxa edulis strains

To elucidate the mechanisms of development in two Sarcomyxa edulis strains(No. 2016100114, 2016120327), the transcriptomes of six different development stages including mycelium growing to half bag (A1, B1), mycelium in cold stimulation after full bag (A2, B2), mycelium in primordia appearing (A3, B3), primordia (A4, B4), mycelium at the harvest stage (A5, B5) and mature fruiting body (A6, B6) were obtained by RNA-seq. The two strains are referred to as A and B respectively

为阐明两株榆耳（Sarcomyxa edulis）的生长发育机制，本研究以编号分别为2016100114、2016120327的两株菌株为研究材料，通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）获取了6个不同发育阶段的转录组数据。所涉发育阶段包括：菌丝长满菌袋半程（A1、B1）、菌袋长满后经冷刺激的菌丝体（A2、B2）、原基形成期菌丝体（A3、B3）、原基（A4、B4）、采收期菌丝体（A5、B5）以及成熟子实体（A6、B6）。上述两株菌株分别记为A和B。
