Adak and Kagalaska Zircon and Apatite (U-Th)/He Data

This is an apatite and zircon (U-Th)/He low-temperature thermochronology dataset. The data comes from three plutons, the Hidden Bay, Finger Bay, and Kagalaska plutons on Adak and Kagalaska Islands. This dataset was used to constrain the timing and rate of exhumation of Adak and Kagalaska and investigate exhumation mechanisms at the Aleutian Islands.

本数据集为磷灰石（apatite）与锆石（zircon）（铀-钍）/氦（(U-Th)/He）低温热年代学（low-temperature thermochronology）数据集。数据采自阿达克岛（Adak Island）与卡加拉斯加岛（Kagalaska Island）上的三处深成岩体（pluton），分别为隐湾深成岩体（Hidden Bay pluton）、指湾深成岩体（Finger Bay pluton）及卡加拉斯加深成岩体（Kagalaska pluton）。本数据集用于限定阿达克岛与卡加拉斯加岛的地壳剥露时限及剥露速率，并探究阿留申群岛（Aleutian Islands）的地壳剥露机制。
