本数据集采用外泌体环状RNA（exosomal circRNA）测序技术，对大动脉粥样硬化性卒中（large artery atherosclerotic stroke, LAA stroke）患者与正常对照之间的差异表达环状RNA进行了鉴定。在后续验证阶段，通过逆转录定量聚合酶链式反应（RT-qPCR）对测序所得结果完成了验证。实验整体设计：涵盖大动脉粥样硬化性卒中患者与健康对照者的血浆外泌体环状RNA表达谱。
