Mutant phenotypes of candidate genes from Fv'/Fm' and QY max loci identified using GWAS in Arabidopsis HapMap population

The phenotypes of T-DNA insertion lines and background line (Col-0), located in the loci identified using GWAS, corresponding to maximum quantum yield (QY max) and light-adapted quantum yield (Fv'/Fm') under salt stress. The data was collected using high-throughput phenotyping of plants and is part of a manuscript currently in preparation.本数据集涵盖了经全基因组关联分析（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS）鉴定得到的基因组位点所对应的T-DNA插入突变体与背景株系哥伦比亚生态型（Col-0）在盐胁迫条件下的最大量子产额（maximum quantum yield, QY max）与光适应量子产额（Fv'/Fm'）表型数据。本数据通过植物高通量表型鉴定技术采集获取，属于一篇正在筹备撰写的科研手稿的组成部分。
