The study of social phenomena shows the need for an integrated system of social indicators. The five-yearly operation Time Budget Survey (EPT) provides comprehensive information about the social habits and daily life of the population from the perspective of the use of their daily time, computing their distribution or budget- between the activities carried out over a day. The operation provides useful information for social analysis from a gender perspective and also for drawing up the Domestic Production Satellite Account of the Basque Country.社会现象研究凸显了构建综合社会指标体系的迫切需求。每五年开展一次的时间预算调查（Time Budget Survey, EPT）以民众每日时间使用情况为研究视角，统计其一日内各项活动的时间分配与时间构成，为全面掌握民众的社会习惯与日常生活提供了详实数据。该调查不仅可为性别视角下的社会分析提供关键支撑，同时也可用于编制巴斯克地区的国内生产卫星账户（Domestic Production Satellite Account）。
