Data for: Dataset for: Lymphatic Pumping Technique Alters Whole Blood Parameters and Metastatic Melanoma in an Age-Dependent Manner

This dataset contains the minimal source data underlying all figures and analyses for the manuscript “Lymphatic Pumping Technique Alters Whole Blood Parameters and Metastatic Melanoma in an Age-Dependent Manner.” The study examines whether therapeutic touch applied in the setting of metastatic disease influences tumor burden, immune response, and hematologic parameters across the lifespan using a mouse model of experimental melanoma metastasis. Included files comprise quantitative source data for all graphs and statistical analyses, in vivo and ex vivo IVIS images of metastatic burden, hematologic values, animal IDs, treatment group assignments, timepoints, and western blot densiometry, and the source files for all of the figures. Primary imaging evidence is also provided, including unedited in vivo and ex vivo IVIS images and uncropped western blot files corresponding to the figures in the manuscript. Data are organized in the order of the figures in the publication, allowing readers to directly map each file to its associated result. Together, these materials enable independent reanalysis of tumor growth, metastatic spread, immunotherapy response, and age-dependent hematologic effects of Lymphatic Pumping Technique (LPT).
