本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析，以阐明转染对照单引导RNA（control-sgRNA，对照组）与PHF8短发夹RNA（PHF8-shRNA，PHF8-KD）的PC-3细胞系之间的转录组差异。本次分析共鉴定出1122个差异表达基因（differentially expressed genes, DEGs），其中775个基因上调，347个基因下调（FDR1）。整体实验设计：针对PC-3细胞及其PHF8基因敲低衍生物（shPHF8）的RNA测序数据开展比较基因表达谱分析。
