We reciprocally transplanted three species of coral (Acropora millepora, Pocillopora damicornis, Porites cylindrica) between two pairs of protected area and disturbed ecosystem coral reefs, otherwise described as marine protected areas and fished areas. 16S rRNA amplicon gene sequencing was performed to characterize coral associated bacteria according to host origin, transplant area, and village site.
本研究将三种珊瑚——微孔鹿角珊瑚(*Acropora millepora*)、指状杯形珊瑚(*Pocillopora damicornis*)、柱形多孔珊瑚(*Porites cylindrica*)——在两组保护区珊瑚礁与受干扰生态珊瑚礁之间开展相互移植实验,该两类生境分别对应海洋保护区(marine protected areas)与捕捞区(fished areas)。随后采用16S rRNA扩增子基因测序(16S rRNA amplicon gene sequencing)技术,基于宿主来源、移植区域及采样村落位点,对珊瑚相关细菌群落进行表征分析。
