Raw sequence reads from TSPO Global knockout and Flox control mice

Aim of this study was to compare the RNA expression of TSPO global knockout mice and TSPO flox control mice at 3 days post-ICH. This was in order to identify any differentially expressed genes as a result of TSPO deletion in the ipsilateral brain hemisphere of these mice.

本研究旨在对比颅内出血（Intracerebral Hemorrhage, ICH）后3天的TSPO（Translocator Protein 18 kDa）全身基因敲除小鼠与TSPO flox对照小鼠的RNA表达水平，以期鉴定这些小鼠同侧脑半球中因TSPO缺失所产生的差异表达基因。
