This project uses single-nucleus RNA sequencing to map how RCC tumor cells adapt to the brain microenvironment.Moreover, how the TME cells derive immunotherapy resistance.本项目采用单细胞核RNA测序（single-nucleus RNA sequencing）技术，绘制肾细胞癌（Renal Cell Carcinoma, RCC）肿瘤细胞适应脑部微环境的分子表达图谱；此外，还解析了肿瘤微环境（Tumor Microenvironment, TME）细胞介导免疫治疗耐药性的机制。
