Proteomic profiling for isolated human peripheral blood neutrophils treated with HRG and tPA

In this study, neutrophils isolated from human peripheral blood were cultured with PBS, tPA(10μg/ml) or tPA+HRG (0.5μm) for 2.5 hours at 37 ° C . Then, neutrophils were collected for proteomic analysis (n=6). Blood sample collection has been approved by Tianjin Medical University General Hospital Ethics Committee, and collection was conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all participants, and all experiments were conducted in accordance with Chinese laws and institutional guidelines.

本研究中，从人外周血（human peripheral blood）分离得到的中性粒细胞（neutrophils）分别与磷酸盐缓冲液（Phosphate Buffered Saline，PBS）、tPA（10μg/ml）或tPA+HRG（0.5μm）在37℃下共培养2.5小时。随后收集中性粒细胞进行蛋白质组学分析（proteomic analysis），每组样本量为n=6。本研究的血液样本采集工作已获得天津医科大学总医院伦理委员会批准，且采集过程严格遵循《赫尔辛基宣言（Declaration of Helsinki）》的相关规定。所有受试者均已签署知情同意书，所有实验均符合中国法律法规及机构指南的相关要求。
