Photoquadrat surveys of coral lesions at two sites on the backreef of Cook’s Bay in Moorea, French Polynesia from May through July 2012

<p>4 central corals were chosen at two sites on the backreef on either side of Cook’s Bay in Moorea, French Polynesia.&nbsp; At each central coral, 4 transects were run in the cardinal directions, and 10 random locations photographed along the transect using a camera mounted to a .25m2 quadrat.&nbsp; Technicians then circled all scars in the photographs, and recorded the summary statistics presented in this dataset.</p>本数据集的采样区域位于法属波利尼西亚莫雷阿岛库克湾两侧的礁后区，共设置两个采样点，在此共选取4株中心珊瑚。针对每株中心珊瑚，沿东、南、西、北四个主方位布设4条样带，并使用安装在0.25平方米样方架上的相机，沿每条样带拍摄10个随机点位的照片。随后技术人员对照片中所有珊瑚损伤痕迹进行圈注，并记录了本数据集所呈现的汇总统计数据。
