Microbial diversity in cultivated and wild Black pepper

The goal of the study is to assess the microbial diversity in healthy and diseased cultivated black pepper (Piper nigrum) and wild pepper (Piper colubrinum), using soil and root samples collected from both species to analyze their associated microbiota.
