Microbial diversity in cultivated and wild Black pepper

The goal of the study is to assess the microbial diversity in healthy and diseased cultivated black pepper (Piper nigrum) and wild pepper (Piper colubrinum), using soil and root samples collected from both species to analyze their associated microbiota.本研究旨在评估健康与罹病的栽培黑胡椒（Piper nigrum）及野生胡椒（Piper colubrinum）的微生物多样性，通过采集该两种胡椒的土壤与根系样本，分析其宿主相关微生物群。
