Study of Salmonella in chicken farms

This study evaluates the prevalence and antimicrobial resistance of Salmonella throughout all production stages of yellow-feathered broiler hatcheries, including laying, egg storage, incubating, hatching, and post-hatch. 43 Salmonella Pullorum isolates were selected for whole genome sequencing.本研究针对黄羽肉鸡孵化场的全部生产阶段（涵盖产蛋、鸡蛋储存、孵育、出雏及出雏后阶段），评估了沙门氏菌（Salmonella）的流行率与抗菌耐药性，共选取43株鸡白痢沙门氏菌（Salmonella Pullorum）分离株进行全基因组测序（whole genome sequencing）。
