Shadow-wall lithography of ballistic superconductor-semiconductor quantum devices

This repository contains data sets that support the conclusions and figures in the manuscript "Shadow-wall lithography of ballistic superconductor-semiconductor quantum devices". The Jupyter notebook "Manuscript figures.ipynb" contains all the necessary scripts to generate the figures.
