Mutant p53 dysregulates gene transcription in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells [RNA-seq 2]

We found that mutant p53 dysregulates gene transcription in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells duirng aging. Overall design: Aged mice to 13to 15 months. Sorted LSKs from the bone marrow of wild type and p53 mutant mice. We then performed paired-RNA sequencing.

我们发现，衰老过程中突变型p53可异常调控造血干细胞及祖细胞（hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells）的基因转录。
整体实验设计：选用13至15月龄的衰老小鼠，从野生型与p53突变型小鼠的骨髓中分选LSK细胞（LSKs），随后进行配对RNA测序（paired-RNA sequencing）。
