本数据集包含813条通过聚合酶链式反应（Polymerase Chain Reaction, PCR）与桑格测序（Sanger sequencing）获得的、采自土壤的甲虫成虫及幼虫的细胞色素c氧化酶亚基1（cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1, cox1）基因DNA序列。序列名称与Andujar等2015年发表于《分子生态学》（Mol. Ecol.）的研究补充材料中表S5所示的凭证标本一一对应。
