Underlying data and CONSORT checklist for assessing effectiveness of Helfer skin Tap Technique on Pain among Infants undergoing Intramuscular Vaccination – A Randomized Controlled Trial.This RCT study examined the difference in pain score between groups receiving the following interventions: (1) Standard injection technique (2) Helfer skin tap technique. For this, a post-test control design was adopted.

本数据集包含用于评估赫尔弗皮肤轻叩技术（Helfer skin tap technique）对接受肌内疫苗接种（Intramuscular Vaccination）婴儿疼痛缓解效果的原始数据与CONSORT检查表（CONSORT checklist），该项研究为随机对照试验（Randomized Controlled Trial）。本随机对照试验对比了两种干预组的疼痛评分差异：(1) 标准注射技术（Standard injection technique）组；(2) 赫尔弗皮肤轻叩技术组。本研究采用后测对照设计开展实验。
