The change of the diagnosis of parasitic diseases in clinical studies

Using text mining, we extracted diagnosis-related terms, and these terms were counted in 28,218 abstracts of case reports on parasitic diseases published from 1956 to 2016 with the reported year.

本研究采用文本挖掘（text mining）技术提取诊断相关术语，并针对1956年至2016年间发表的、附带有报告年份的28218篇寄生虫病病例报告摘要，对上述术语进行计数统计。
