A newly isolated Bacillus velezensis LOH112 sequencing

Bacillus velezensis has received increasing attention recently as biological fungicide and potential probiotic agents because of its broad anti-bacterial and -fungal pathogens spectrum. Here, we evaluated the beneficial traits of a newly isolated B. velezensis strain LOH112 based on comprehensive bioinformatics and comparative genomics analysis approaches.
