A newly isolated Bacillus velezensis LOH112 sequencing

Bacillus velezensis has received increasing attention recently as biological fungicide and potential probiotic agents because of its broad anti-bacterial and -fungal pathogens spectrum. Here, we evaluated the beneficial traits of a newly isolated B. velezensis strain LOH112 based on comprehensive bioinformatics and comparative genomics analysis approaches.贝莱斯芽孢杆菌（Bacillus velezensis）因其具有广谱抗细菌与真菌病原菌的抗菌谱，近年来作为生物杀菌剂及潜在益生菌制剂受到越来越多的关注。本研究基于全面的生物信息学与比较基因组学分析方法，对一株新分离的贝莱斯芽孢杆菌LOH112菌株的有益性状进行了评估。
