Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of samples with/without chronic or acute Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD). The Illumina Infinium Human methylationEPIC Beadchip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across 1,051,943 CpGs in TMD samples. Samples included 452 non-TMD and 496 chronic TMD from OPPERA I, 36 healthy and 123 acute TMD from OPPERA II. 本数据集包含伴或不伴慢性、急性颞下颌关节紊乱病(Temporomandibular Disorders, TMD)样本的全基因组DNA甲基化谱分析数据。研究采用Illumina Infinium人类甲基化EPIC芯片(Illumina Infinium Human MethylationEPIC Beadchip),对所有样本中1,051,943个CpG位点的DNA甲基化谱进行检测。所用样本来自两个队列:OPPERA I队列包含452例非TMD样本与496例慢性TMD样本;OPPERA II队列包含36例健康对照样本与123例急性TMD样本。实验整体设计为:将1107例样本的亚硫酸氢盐转化DNA(Bisulphite converted DNA)与Illumina Infinium人类甲基化EPIC芯片进行杂交,以获取全基因组甲基化谱信息。
